Terms of Service

AuditVantage AI is operated by its owner as an independent software service. It is not yet registered as a separate legal company.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Data Processing Agreement summary. If you sign a separate enterprise agreement, that agreement controls in case of conflict.

AuditVantage AI is a B2B whitelabel client submission platform for recruitment agencies. Features vary by plan and may include job management, bulk resume evaluation, whitelabel client portals, team collaboration, and passcode-protected share links.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining credential security.

You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect and process candidate personal data and will comply with employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

• No unlawful content, malware, or data you lack rights to process.
• No bypassing plan limits, security controls, or rate limits.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized resale.
• No unlawful discrimination in hiring.
• Human review required — do not rely on AI as the sole hiring decision.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for hiring decisions. Each plan has usage limits (resumes, jobs, seats, batch size, share links). Trials have additional caps. We may throttle or suspend abusive usage.

New workspaces receive a 7-day trial with limits shown at signup. After expiry, new uploads, job creation, and share-link creation are blocked until upgrade. You may still sign in to view existing data until you delete it or upgrade.

Paid plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record when online checkout is enabled. Until then, upgrades may be completed manually via support. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan and billing interval.

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension after notice.

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display data solely to provide the service. Our processing of candidate data on your behalf is described in the DPA.

You are responsible for distributing share links and passcodes securely. Contact details may be masked on client views per plan settings.

AuditVantage AI software and branding remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.

You will defend and indemnify AuditVantage AI against claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may cancel via support or billing settings (when available). We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal requirement. Export data before cancellation where possible. Deletion practices are in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of AuditVantage AI is located, except where mandatory local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
