Not satisfied after upgrading? Email us within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund.

1. What is covered

Your first paid subscription charge on Starter, Growth, or Scale after a free trial or direct purchase.

2. How refunds work (process)

Refunds are not automatic. Email the support address published on our website within 7 days with your organization name, billing email, purchase date, and plan. We review within 1–2 business days. For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy (when online checkout is enabled), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank). Manual upgrades handled via support are refunded by the same method used to pay, where applicable.

3. What is not covered

  • Requests after 7 days from first paid charge.
  • Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the first period.
  • Partial refunds for unused time outside the guarantee window.
  • Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

4. Cancel vs. refund

Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless you qualify under this policy.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us before filing a chargeback. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
